Special Heat Rates
A seperate meter is installed to measure the amount of electricity used by the electric heating equipment. The air conditioning equipment and electric water heater also qualifies for the discount rate provided they are wired to the cooperative's load management equipment. The member receives a discount rate of $.043 per kwh.
