Meet the Board

Members like you control Central Electric through your board of directors. Each board member must be willing to invest a tremendous amount of time in the co-op. They meet monthly to review the operations of the co-op. In addition, directors often have to attend meetings away from the cooperative. Attendance at these meetings is important because directors need to be informed and capable of making decisions potentially affecting you. Central Electric's directors are elected by the members to three year terms.
